Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luminor Lighting, customer satisfaction is always our priority. We stand by the quality of our products and are here to help if something isn’t quite right with your order.
Return Eligibility
- We offer a 30-day return & exchange window from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts included.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable but are still covered under our quality warranty.
- Please contact us before returning any item at contact@luminorlighting.com to get a return authorization number.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return Instructions
- Email contact@luminorlighting.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We will issue a return authorization number.
- Pack the item in the original product box, then place it in an outer shipping box.
- Include your order number and return authorization number inside the package.
- Use a trackable shipping method of your choice (shipping fee at your cost).
Note: Please do not write or stick anything directly on the original product packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Bank processing may take 1–3 additional days.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for installed, used, damaged, or incomplete items.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, based on the courier’s tracking confirmation.
Email contact@luminorlighting.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or partial refund depending on the issue.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
180-Day Quality Guarantee
All our products include a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:
- Damage due to incorrect installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer misuse or accidental damage
