Available in 107 cm, 122 cm, and 132 cm diameters, Ardea is designed for tailored integration into both compact and expansive spaces. The matte finish resists wear while blending seamlessly into interiors that value thoughtful design. More than a cooling solution, it’s a refined gesture of taste—functional, artistic, and enduring.

Installation Notes：When installing the leaves, be sure to add gaskets to fix them, otherwise the motor copper wire will be damaged.

Friendly Reminder

  1. This fan light cannot be installed on a ceiling with joists + gypsum board or wood panels (may cause noise and wobbling issues).
  2. This fan light cannot be installed on prefabricated ceilings (installation on cement concrete and solid wood beams is acceptable).
  3. If the installation surface has round or square grooves, please inform customer service of the groove's diameter and depth.
  4. Sloped ceilings cannot be installed; the beam width should be at least 6 cm and the ceiling must support over 20 kg.

Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 30-day return & exchange window from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts included.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable but are still covered under our quality warranty.
  • Please contact us before returning any item at contact@luminorlighting.com to get a return authorization number.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Instructions

  1. Email contact@luminorlighting.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We will issue a return authorization number and a return address(Room D4289, Unit 1, Datang Time Complex Building, No. 2 Qinglong Road, Qinghua Community, Longhua Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen).
  3. Pack the item in the original product box, then place it in an outer shipping box.
  4. Include your order number and return authorization number inside the package.
  5. Use a trackable shipping method of your choice (shipping fee at your cost).

Note: Please do not write or stick anything directly on the original product packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Bank processing may take 1–3 additional days.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for installed, used, damaged, or incomplete items.

Damaged or Broken Items
